Bayridge - Neighborhood Profile

Majestic Bayridge is situated 5km west of the Lions Gate Bridge and is accessed via Highway #1 (Exit 7) or via Marine Drive, the more scenic option.

The area is defined by it's large lots (average size is approximately 15,000 sq ft), the fantastic views seen by most properties, and it's access to several beaches and Cypress Mountain Ski Resort.

Bayridge has two public elementary schools, Cypress Park Primary (K through Grade 3) and West Bay Elementary (World IB School). The local highschool is Rockridge Secondary, one of the highest ranking public secondary schools in British Columbia.

Caulfeild Village Shopping Center is just two km to the west, while Dundarave Village and the beginning of the World Famous Seawall is approx 5km to the east.
