Market was extremely sluggish in West Vancouver until just after the Chinese New Year with only 1/3 the sales activity of the previous January. On January 25th, the market "turned on" and activity picked up dramatically, particulary in the view and luxury markets.
My clients at 1712 Queens benefited substantially from this uptick in the market as their previously unsold 10,000 sq ft partial view lot in upper Dundarave sold yesterday above asking, with two more buyers in the wings!
