YOUR MORTGAGE, EXPLAINED
Ask how your agent and search apps find available homes
This May 26, 2026 clip discusses listing disputes and the need to find homes. Treat its references to what may happen overnight as dated commentary, then focus on how your own search is kept current.

Confirm coverage instead of guessing from one screen
Ask your agent which sources feed their alerts and how they check current listing status. Share your saved searches and investigate differences before assuming that one portal or professional sees every available home. Private marketing and data feeds can affect where a property appears.
Keep the dispute separate from your next decision
The court record documents temporary restoration of the MRED feed to Zillow in May 2026 and later dissolution of that order in September. It does not establish the current count of homes in your search. Work from current property information, a clear budget and a team that explains what it can verify.
Does the old video prove a listing is missing today?
No. Ask for current status and availability; the arrangements changed after the events described.
